Every line we put down is doing one of three jobs: keeping people safe, fitting more compliant stalls into asphalt you already own, and making the property read as managed. Those three jobs are the whole reason this company exists, and they are what we measure the work against.
What we cover.
Every trade a commercial lot needs, from the first layout drawing to the last sign in the ground.
Layout and design
Stall counts, drive aisle widths, and ADA ratios planned on paper before the first line goes down on a new or reconfigured lot.
Striping and restriping
New layouts and refreshes on existing asphalt, laid to code and cured before the lot reopens.
ADA compliance
Compliant stall widths, access aisles, ratios against your stall count, and van-accessible signage.
Fire lanes and red curb
Lane markings, red curb, and lettering to the code your local fire marshal enforces.
Pavement markings
Directional arrows, crosswalks, stop bars, speed hump markings, loading zones, and custom stencils.
Signage and wheel stops
Post-mounted signs, bollard sleeves, and wheel stop supply and installation.
Licensing and registration.
Everything a property manager or procurement officer needs to run us through approval. Certificates available on request.

What goes on the ground.
We specify Sherwin-Williams traffic coatings and thermoplastic rated for the load the lot actually carries. A retail lot turning over hundreds of cars a day does not get the same product as a low-traffic office park, and pricing a job as though it does is how lines end up faded inside a season.
