ABOUT WEPARK STRIPING

We stripe parking lots. That's the whole business.

WePark Striping lays out, marks, and signs commercial parking lots across Southern California, Phoenix, and Las Vegas. Licensed and bonded through CSLB, MBE certified, and DIR registered for prevailing wage work.

Our story.

WePark Striping started in Indianapolis, Indiana, striping parking lots for Kroger grocery stores across the Midwest.

In 2024 we opened a second branch in Los Angeles and grew from there into Nevada and Arizona. We still hold MBE status in Chicago and the surrounding Midwest, the same standard we hold ourselves to on every lot we stripe now.

What we do.

One trade, three phases: plan the layout, mark the lot, finish the details. We do not sub any of it out.

01

Plan

Stall counts and drive aisle widths

ADA ratios for your stall count

  Layout drawn before day one

02

Mark

  Striping and restriping to code

  ADA stalls and access aisles

  Fire lanes and red curb

03

Finish

  Pavement markings and stencils

  Post-mounted signage

  Wheel stop installation

How we are different.

Three things a procurement officer actually checks before we get on the bid list.

01

One trade, not a bolt-on.

Striping, ADA marking, fire lanes, and signage are the entire business, not a line item added to a paving contract.

02

Compliance you can verify.

CSLB licensed, DIR registered for prevailing wage, and MBE certified. Every credential is a real number you can check before you sign.

03

One spec, five metros.

Los Angeles County, Ventura County, San Diego, Phoenix, and Las Vegas, striped and signed to the same standard.

What we cover.

Every trade a commercial lot needs, from the first layout drawing to the last sign in the ground.

Layout and design

Stall counts, drive aisle widths, and ADA ratios planned on paper before the first line goes down.

Striping and restriping

New layouts and refreshes on existing asphalt, laid to code and cured before the lot reopens.

ADA compliance

Compliant stall widths, access aisles, ratios against your stall count, and van-accessible signage.

Fire lanes and red curb

Lane markings, red curb, and lettering to the code your local fire marshal enforces.

Pavement markings

Directional arrows, crosswalks, stop bars, speed hump markings, loading zones, and custom stencils.

Signage and wheel stops

Post-mounted signs, bollard sleeves, and wheel stop supply and installation.

How a job runs.

Whether it is a full relayout or a same-week restripe, here is what happens once you call.

01

Site walk

We measure the lot, count stalls, and check what the ADA ratio requires at that count.

02

Written quote

Line items for layout, coatings, signage, and curb work. Nothing quoted verbally.

03

Scheduled around you

We stage the lot in sections and work to your opening hours so trading continues.

04

Stripe and inspect

Coatings go down and cure, then we walk the finished lot with you before barricades come off.

Who we serve.

Property managers, developers, HOAs, and public agencies who need a lot that reads as maintained and passes inspection.

Retail & commercial properties

Shopping centers and standalone retail. Faded lines and blocked ADA stalls read as a badly run property before a customer reaches the door.

HOAs & apartment communities

Resident and visitor stalls, fire lanes, and numbered spaces kept compliant across the property.

Office parks

Multi-tenant lots where the striping has to hold up under daily turnover, not just look good on move-in day.

Municipal & public agencies

DIR registered for prevailing wage work and MBE certified, which counts toward supplier diversity requirements on public contracts.

Send the address and a rough stall count. We will walk the site and come back with a written, line-itemed quote.
